At Cardiff City Stadium, our 8 meeting rooms hold from 2 to 500 people in a cabaret style. You’ll also find premium seating and table space for your team, with a well-appointed boardroom setting.
All the essentials are included in our Delegate Packages price while additional facilities and enhanced catering options are available for an extra fee.

Rent a Cardiff meeting venue that’s the complete package
Our Cardiff meeting venue packages take care of everything behind the scenes, so you can focus on what really matters.
You’ll have dedicated onsite car parking for the whole day for each member of your team, a nutritious lunch and healthy snacks to keep energy levels high, plus tea and coffee served throughout the day. We also provide a projector, screen, free Wi-Fi and a dedicated Event Manager to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.
Flip charts, additional AV, breakout rooms and enhanced catering options are available on request.
Our 1000 car park spaces are free for meeting delegates to use, subject to availability.
Our meeting venue packages at Cardiff City Stadium are available for an all-inclusive day delegate rate for a minimum of 10 delegates. Please get in touch for more information.
